Bedsit Studio
This apartment is at the front of the complex with a car park at the front of the sliding doors. It has a queen-size bed and a table and chairs for 2 persons and there is a wardrobe with an iron and ironing board.
The bed has a luxurious bed topper and an electric blanket and the bathroom includes a new washing machine and hairdryer. The kitchen area has a cooktop, microwave, fridge/freezer and all the cooking and eating utensils you require. There are two outdoor chairs, a flatscreen TV and we offer free WiFi.

The kitchen area includes a fridge/freezer, cooktop, microwave and jug and toaster and there are plenty of cooking and eating utensils for your stay. Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy allows you to cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made less than 3 days prior will result in full payment, with no refund available.
For long weekends and public holidays, including Easter, Christmas, New Year, and regional holidays, a 10-day cancellation policy applies. Cancellations must be made at least 10 days in advance to avoid charges.
Please note that a $100 fee may be applied if the unit is damaged or left in an unacceptable condition.
Payment Policy
Your credit card will be charged in full approximately 3 days prior to your arrival. If the card is declined we will offer you 24 hours to update the card. If it is not updated or is declined again, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and will advise you accordingly.
You can also offer to pay by direct banking. If you wish to take up this option, please advise us 7 days in advance so we can supply the necessary details.

Pet Policy
We accept pets on request. There is a one-off fee for your animal. Please let us know in advance if you wish to bring your cat or dog.
